Please note that ALL products in our Clearance Sale CANNOT be returned.

RETURNS POLICY

You can return any items UNWASHED & UNWORN within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of your package.

Items must be in original condition with ALL original packaging attached including hang tags, plastic bags & labels.

If you'd like to exchange products on our Returns Form please specify the product that you'd like to exchange the item you are returning for. Be sure to include the size, color & name of the product you'd like in exchange.

If we cannot exchange the product(s) that you want please choose from the options in the exchange box.

Promotional items and sale items can only be returned for store credit which will be issued in the form of a Gift Card.

Please remember that you are responsible for return shipping charges.

If you choose to exchange the products we'll cover shipping charges to get you the 'exchange' product(s). The ones we send BACK to you in exchange.

Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

The returns form details every aspect of returning products including refunds, exchange or contingency plans if we do not have your desired product in stock.

EXCHANGES 

If you would like to exchange your product(s) for a different size, color or design please fill out the returns form.

Make a note of the product(s) that you would like in exchange in the 'Exchange Items' box.

Please also remember to mark the contingency plan if your desired exchange product(s) are not available. Either from the 'Refund' or the 'Gift Card' options.

HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE?

Once we receive your return back please allow us 3-5 business days to process it through our system.

If you requested an exchange we will follow up with tracking info for your new product(s), if available, when they ship out.

If you requested a refund it usually takes anywhere from 3-5 business days to process depending on your original payment method.
