As we store, package & ship everything in-house we can usually change or cancel your order with no hassle.
Please include as much information as possible in your contact message as well as your order number.
Please note international deliveries, including those to Canada, may be subject to additional customs fees and import tax. Ethos, nor our shipping company, is not responsible for the cost of these additional fees.

You can check your Gift Card balance anytime by emailing us. Please provide the name that the Gift Card was gifted to.
Redeem your Gift Card at the checkout by entering the unique code on the 'Order Summary' page.

If you lose your Gift Card and know the individual that ordered it please get in contact with us. As all of our Gift Cards are through the website we can easily resend you email notifications with your Gift Card number.
