ORDERS

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately our website does not give us the option to change orders once they are placed. We cannot change products, sizes or colors once the order has been placed.
What we can do is cancel the existing order, allowing you to place the order again with the new desired products. As our products tend to sell out very fast there is no guarantee that your products will be available if you cancel and reorder.

CAN I ADD A DISCOUNT CODE ONCE I'VE PLACED AN ORDER?

We cannot add a discount code to orders once they have been placed. This is something that our website limits.

 

SHIPPING

WHY HAVE I BEEN CHARGED TAX ON MY ORDER?

Some International Orders may be subject to an import fee. This is something that we, neither our shipping provider, profit from and have no control over (we really wish that they didn't exist).
Ethos is not responsible for any customs taxes that may be incurred when placing an order for a product. For an idea of import fees, prior to ordering, check with your local customs office.

PRODUCTS

A PRODUCT I WANT IS SOLD OUT - WHAT CAN I DO?

If a product that you want is sold out online you can do one of the following:

  1. Request a 'Back in Stock' notification. This can be done by entering your email address in the box next to the product that is out of stock. Please be sure to check the correct size you require when submitting a request.
  2. Check with our retailers to see if they have the product that you want in stock. You can find a full list of our suppliers here

 

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT BOUGHT FROM ANOTHER STORE DIRECTLY?

We ask that all products placed through any of our retailers are returned to them and processed through their returns scheme.
